Create custom attributes as the basis of your product data schema.

Create products into system by single or batch flow.

For 1 by 1 product creating: Add a new product

For batch products uploading: Batch Product Import (CSV)

Click into Products > All Products page from left menu to view the full list of products in system.

Batch select/Select all products plan for enrichment by checkbox. The products without enrichment request triggered yet will show “No” under “Enrichment” column.

Click “Enrich Products” button to trigger AI enrichment process.

Click into Products > Enrichment page from left menu to view the full list of enrichment tasks and track the status.

There are 3 status show under “Status” column:

Pending: The task triggered in process

Finished: The task successfully done. Allow re-trigger the enrichment.

Incomplete: The task fully/partially failed. The number count of failed products will show together. Allow re-try the enrichment for the failed products in 1 batch.

Upon the enrichment process done (Finished or Incomplete), the reminding email will be auto sent to the registered email address of your account.

Path 1: Click the action button from reminding email to direct to corresponding pages.

Path 2: View in Products > Enrichment page directly and click Task ID to filter out the corresponding enriched products.
