🔸 Q1: How do I log in to Trustana?

Go to https://portal.trustana.com/login, enter your registered email and password, and click Login.

🔸 Q2: I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. Enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link via email.
Note: The link expires in 30 minutes. If not received, check spam/junk or try again.

🔸 Q3: I didn’t receive the password reset email.

  • Check Spam or Junk folder.

  • Look for an email from [email protected].

  • Still not found? Retry after a few minutes or contact support.

🔸 Q4: Can I update my login email address?

No, users cannot update their email directly. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to request this change.

🔸 Q5: What file format and size is accepted for bulk SKU upload?

Only .csv files are allowed, up to 5 MB in size.

🔸 Q6: What headers are mandatory in the CSV?

  • SKU ID

  • Product Name

  • Brand Name
    Optional but recommended: Product Image Links, Description, Size, Color

🔸 Q7: My upload failed. What should I check?

  • Ensure headers are correctly spelled

  • Remove extra empty rows or merged cells

  • Make sure the file size is under 5 MB

  • Confirm image links (if present) are valid URLs

🔸 Q8: Can I edit SKUs after upload?

Yes. Go to All Products, click on the SKU ID, and use the right-hand panel to edit any field.

🔸 Q9: How do I create or add custom product attributes?

Go to Product Attribute section → Click Add New Attribute → Fill in the field name, type, and help text → Click Save

🔸 Q10: Why is mapping attributes to categories important?

If attributes aren’t mapped, all attributes appear, cluttering the UI. Proper mapping ensures clean enrichment and accurate data input.

🔸 Q11: How do I map attributes to a category?

  1. Go to Category Tree

  2. Click More next to a category → Select View Applicable Attributes

  3. Click Browse Attributes → Select attributes → Click Add

🔸 Q12: What is product content enrichment?

It’s an AI-powered process that fills missing product fields (e.g., material, care instructions) based on existing data and trusted sources.

🔸 Q13: How do I enrich products?

  1. Go to All Products

  2. Select items and click Enrich Data

  3. Monitor progress under Enrichment Task

  4. Review results in the AI Product Hub

🔸 Q14: How do I check the source of enriched data?

Click the source icon beside any enriched field. A right-side pop-up will show the external or internal data source link.

🔸 Q15: Can I edit enriched fields manually?

Yes, you can overwrite enriched values by clicking into the field and saving new input.

🔸 Q16: What AI image tools does Trustana offer?

  • Image Resizer

  • Background Remover

  • Watermark Remover

  • AI-Generated Background

🔸 Q17: How do I use these tools?

  1. Go to AI Tools

  2. Choose the tool (e.g., Watermark Removal)

  3. Upload image(s) via drag/drop, file, URL, or library

  4. Set output preferences → Click Generate

🔸 Q18: Can I export multiple images at once?

Yes. Go to All Images, select files, and click Download ZIP from the bottom right. A download link will be generated.

🔸 Q19: The export says "in progress." What now?

A ZIP is being generated. You’ll receive an email with a download link at [email protected]. Click "OK" to close the popup.

🔸 Q20: Why can't I edit all fields of an attribute in Trustana?


If the attribute is linked to an SKU, you can only edit the name, prompts, and a few basic fields — attribute type cannot be changed.


If the attribute is not linked to any SKU, you can freely edit attribute type, name, prompts, and other details.
