When to Use
Use this when your products are missing images, and the product URLs (from brand or retailer sites) are present and accessible. Trustana will scrape images directly from the source websites.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to All Products
Go to the left navigation panel and click Product > All Products.
2. Select Products for Enrichment
Use the checkboxes to select one or more products that need image enrichment.
You can filter for products with missing images to focus your selection.
3. Click “Enrich Image”
After selecting products, a pop up will appear on bottom of the page.
Click on the “Enrich Image” button.
This triggers Trustana to scrape images from the online product pages (based on the stored product URL).
Step 4: Configure Enrichment Sourcing
Before starting the enrichment, you can customize where Trustana should scrape images from:
✅ Select Country
Choose a country to restrict enrichment to local sources (e.g., Australia).⭐ Add Preferred Sources
Add up to 10 URLs that you want Trustana to prioritize when scraping images.🚫 Exclude Websites
Add URLs you want Trustana to skip (e.g., low-quality sources or irrelevant domains).
Once configured, click “Start Enrichment” to begin the scraping process.
✅ Step 5: Monitor the Enrichment Task
Once you click Start Enrichment, Trustana will begin processing the selected products. You can track the status in the Enrichment Tasks tab:
Go to Enrichment Tasks from the left navigation.
Locate your task using the Task ID and check the Status.
When the task shows "Ready for Review", click the Task ID link (e.g.,
ER13867783) to review the scraped images.
🧾 Step 6: Review Enriched Products
Once enrichment is marked “Ready for Review” and completed, you can inspect the enriched product details:
Go to task id
You will come across all the product you have enriched.
Click on Product ID, you will reach to product page.
🖼️ Step 7: Review Enriched Images
From the product detail page, hover your mouse over the “Ready for Review” tag next to Image Enrichment.
A tooltip will appear with a link: “Review Images”.
Click on “Review Images” to open the image review panel.Click on the "Review Images" link shown in the tooltip or side badge.
A modal or review panel will open displaying the scraped images fetched during enrichment.
🖼️ Step 8: Review Scraped Images Panel
After clicking “Review Images”, a panel will open on the right side of the screen displaying all the images Trustana has scraped from the source URL.
🔍 What to do:
Browse through all the scraped images shown.
Check image dimensions, quality, and consistency.
Click the checkboxes to select the images you want to keep.
You can also click “Select all” if all images are valid.
Once you've made your selections, click “Save & Finish” in the top-right corner to confirm your choices and complete the enrichment task.
