Track and optimize attribute completion using Trustana’s Fill Rate — a quick view of enriched vs empty fields per product.

Updated today

🔹 Step 1: Navigate to the Product Page

  • Go to the Enrichment Task tab.

  • Click on the relevant Task ID, then open the Product ID.

  • You’ll land on the product’s enrichment page.

🔹 Step 2: View the Fill Rate

  • Locate the Data Enrichment badge (top right).

  • You’ll see a percentage (e.g. 95.45%) with X / Y attributes filled.

  • Click on the badge or hover to see the Completeness Summary:

    • Total AI-enabled attributes: how many attributes are configured for enrichment.

    • Filled: attributes with valid enriched values.

    • Empty: attributes still blank or missing values.

🔹 Step 3: Use Fill Rate to Identify Gaps

  • Products with low fill rates likely need:

    • Better attribute mapping.

    • Improved AI prompts.

    • Manual fallback content where enrichment fails.

🔹 Step 4: Best Practices to Improve Fill Rate

  • Ensure all relevant attributes are:

    • Mapped correctly in Category-Attribute mapping.

    • Configured with meaningful prompts (especially for text fields).

  • Use attribute-level review to fix empty fields by triggering enrichment or editing manually.

🛠️ Technical Notes:

  • Fill Rate = (Number of filled AI-enabled attributes / Total AI-enabled attributes) × 100

  • Empty fields can exist due to:

    • Prompt failure

    • Unmapped attributes

    • Manual override set to blank
