Understanding the Shopee Template

Shopee expects different table compositions and behaviours depending on whether the product is a single product or if there are variants under it.
In both cases, the unique identifier for that product is the SKU, which is generated from the Product Name for single products, and the Variant Group Name for variants. Effectively, all variants will hence have the same Product Name and Product Description values.
Variant Products will take multiple rows grouped under the same Variation Integration No., and the first row of the group will act as the "Main Product" for Product Name and Product Description. This means the Variant Group is inheriting information from the first product of the list. AI-enriched products are prioritised in the first row of the group.
Trustana transforms your product information when exporting so it matches their template logic.

Image Handling
Uploading your images to Trustana generates a unique URL for each image asset. This is then used when exporting to the Shopee template. Shopee then will download the image from the Trustana server and add it to the correct SKU on your Shopee account, making the image import process completely seamless.
The current export version supports:
1 cover image (
Cover Image) per product or Variant Group8 Image (

Shopee Requirements
Format: JPG, JPEG, PNG
Minimum Resolution: 1 x 1 px
Maximum Size: Under 2 MB
Note: The image cannot be duplicated with other listings in your shop
Output File
Filename: Shopee[Currency]-YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.csv
For example, "ShopeeSGD-20231226170123.csv"
This will be downloaded to your browser's configured Downloads folder.
