🔐 Step 1: Log In
👉 Go to the Portal
Log in with your account credentials.
📦 Step 2: Start the Upload
Click All Products (top-left menu)
Click Bulk Import (top-right corner)
📁 Step 3: Upload Your CSV
File format:
.csvMax size: 5 MB
Required Columns:
SKU ID
Product Name
Brand Name
Recommended: Product Image Links
✅ Check the right panel for upload tips
➡️ Click Next after uploading
🧩 Step 4: Confirm Header Row
Trustana auto-detects your header row
Click Confirm or
Click Select a different row to choose manually
➡️ Click Next
🔗 Step 5: Map Attributes
Match your CSV headers with Trustana fields
Use custom attributes if created
➡️ Click Next
✅ Step 6: Final Steps
You’ll land on the finish page:
✅ If images are uploaded → Click Done & Exit
🖼 If images are pending → Click Bulk Image Upload
⏭ To upload later → Click Skip for now
💡 Pro Tip: Add image links directly in the sheet for a smoother upload!
🔍 Step 7: Explore Your Products
After completing the upload, visit All Products to view everything added.
