Export Product Data | Trustana Help Center

First, go to the AI Product Hub to visualize your products.

You may use the search box and filters to find the products you need to work with.

Select the products you want to export
Click on the Export button
In the export dialog, select your preferred templates from the dropdown
Click "Generate" to create your export file

The export will be processed, and you'll receive an email notification when it's ready for download, or it may be available for immediate download, depending on the size of the export.

Should the file generation take longer than expected, an e-mail notification will be sent to your registered e-mail address to let you know the file is ready for export, with a button to download the file. This will direct you to the download page, which requires the user to be logged in.

The file will be downloaded into your browser's configured download folder.

Trustana-managed Templates

We offer a selection of pre-defined templates for your convenience:

Full Export: a Trustana-defined template containing all your product information across all your account attributes.
Channel Templates:
- Shopify
- Shopee
- Lazada
- WooCommerce
- Magento

Note on Channel Templates:

Your product information must be complete or "prepared" with what each template requires as mandatory headers. Exporting products that are not prepared will generate the file, but importing it to the external system may have errors.
Template headers may vary from country to country.

Full Export	A comma-separated value (CSV) file containing all selected products and all account attributes (default, custom, and AI-related if available) will be exported.	It exports all data including variants referencing their parent product on column 'Parent ID'.

Lazada	Lazada is a popular B2C Marketplace available in multiple countries, primarily South East Asia.
