Customizing Product Name and Description via Product Attribute

Customers can configure Product Name and Product Description attributes using custom prompts in Trustana

Updated yesterday

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ How it Works:

  • If the data provided by the supplier does not meet internal standards (e.g., too short, missing keywords), users can write a custom prompt within the attribute settings.

  • Trustana will then use that prompt to generate consistent, enriched values for:

    • โœ… Product Name

    • โœ… Product Description

๐Ÿ“Œ Example:

โœ… Product Name

Supplier Input:
โ€‹"Shirt"

Custom Prompt:

โ€œCreate a product name that includes gender, fabric type, sleeve length, and intended use.โ€

Result:
"Men's Cotton Formal Shirt โ€“ Full Sleeve"

โœ… Product Description

Supplier Input:
โ€‹"Cotton shirt."

Custom Prompt:

โ€œWrite a product description highlighting material, fit, ideal occasion, and washing instructions in 2-3 lines.โ€

Result:

โ€œThis menโ€™s full-sleeve cotton shirt offers a tailored fit and breathable fabric, ideal for office wear or formal events. Machine washable and easy to maintain.โ€
โ€‹

This approach helps standardize listings across marketplaces while reducing manual edits. The above mention prompt is is just for representational purpose.
