🔑 How to Reset Your Password on Trustana

Forgot your password? Reset it by entering your email on the login page. Check your inbox for a link to set a new password.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Go to https://portal.trustana.com/login

  2. Click on "Forgot Your Password?"

  3. Enter your registered email ID and click "Reset my password"

  4. Check your email for a password reset link from:
    ​Trustana Support ([email protected])

    ⚠ If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder

  5. Click "Reset Password" in the email

  6. On the redirected page, enter a new password and click "Reset Password"

  7. You’ll be automatically logged in

If you don’t receive the email, double-check the spelling of your email ID and ensure it’s the one registered with Trustana.
