Receiving Enquiries

"Send Enquiry" allows your existing leads or buyers to communicate their interest on a specific product or on your catalog to you.

The E-Catalog has now a function for your customers to engage with you while discovering your products. To check it out, go to your Catalog page in Trustana Portal, launch the E-Catalog, and you will see the 'Send Enquiry' bar at the bottom.

This form will provide you with enough information to get the conversation started.

To access your inbox of enquiries:

  1. On the Dashboard page, click on 'Quotation Requests' on the left navigation panel.

  2. A list of enquiries sorted by received date (newest on top) will appear. Click on the enquiry you want to visualise in detail.

  3. On the Enquiry detail page, you can read your customer's comments and requests, copy the e-mail address and reply to them using your preferred method and tool.
