E-Catalog Introduction

To access the E-Catalog page, your user (internal or external) will need the URL or QR code. This article shows how to get this information.

The E-Catalog page is public, it does not require users to log in to view and interact with the page. You are in control of who you share this page with.

External users will be able to toggle Language and navigate to the full e-catalog page containing all your products, where they are able to search and filter your products, select them and download their selection as PDF.

Once you or your users have the link you can load the E-Catalog page.

It consists of two sections:

  • Product - this section contains all your published products and allows users to search for products or filter them based on their criteria of choice.

  • Profile - this section displays relevant information according to your Company Profile page.

πŸ’‘ Important:

To ensure a positive impact with external users, such as potential buyers, we recommend sharing the E-Catalog link once all your products have been published, and your company profile page has been completed.

The navigation interface has two tabs: 'Product' and 'Profile'. With these tabs, users can toggle back and forth between these two pages while remaining in the E-Catalog.

Discovering Products

The objective of the E-Catalog page is for your users to browse through all your SKUs, understand your products and their specifications and shortlist what has caught their attention.

This task can become complex depending on the number of SKUs your company has on its portfolio. Discovering a set of products amongst 20 SKUs is not the same as amongst 3000 SKUs across multiple product categories. The larger the count of SKUs in the portfolio, the more difficult it is for your internal or external users to pay attention to each individual SKU.

Your users may already know what they want - in this case, they can quickly search for a product or brand using the Search bar. For example, a specific product name, brand, or SKU.

Your users may have an idea of what they are looking for - in this case, it is suggested to use the filters to narrow down the list of products.

For example, Category could be 'Beverages' and Country of Origin could be 'Korea'.

They can combine the filters and the search functions to narrow down the list of products even further. This will allow them to focus on the shortlisted products, discover them by clicking on them to view their individual details.

Your users will then be able to select those products which caught their attention and download them as a custom PDF catalog, by clicking 'Download PDF'.

This will prompt them to choose whether to include or not your company profile in the PDF file, and to enter their e-mail address to receive the download link.
