An Updated Company Profile will have a positive impact on your E-Catalog profile page and downloaded PDF Catalogs.

There are two ways of accessing your Company Profile.

On the Dashboard page, you may choose to:

  • Click 'Company Profile' on the left navigation panel, or

  • On the Company Profile shortcut box on the right, click 'View Profile'

This will bring you to the Company Profile page.


  • On the top right corner, click 'Edit' to access edit mode.

  • The Company Profile is comprised of the following sections:

Privacy

General

This section is meant to collect important information that will be included on E-Catalog profile page.

It is recommended to add:

  • Company Logo

  • Company Legal Name (mandatory)

  • Website

  • About Us

This is visible to whoever you share the E-Catalog link with.

Contact Info

This section collects contact information to display on the E-Catalog in case the user viewing is interested to open communication with your company in regard to any product in your catalog.

It does not affect login information.

This is visible to whoever you share the E-Catalog link with.

Company Info

The information in this section aims to provide the viewer with context on your company, in terms of size, annual turnover, local registration number and address.

This information may impact how viewers perceive your company.

This is visible to whoever you share the E-Catalog link with.

Our Brands

This section allows you to add brands you have been authorised to distribute or your own brands. Brands are an important reference point. We recommend filling up:

  • Brand Name (mandatory)

  • Brand Story

  • Brand Logo

This information may impact how viewers perceive your company.

This is visible to whoever you share the E-Catalog link with.

Bank Information

This information is private. It may be used by internal users, such as your sales team, as a reference for quotations.

This information is private.

Documents and Certification

The objective of this section is to ensure the E-Catalog viewer that your company is compliant with regulations. For a potential buyer, this may impact your credibility.

We recommend adding:

  • Business registration file

  • Brand authorisation letter

  • Quality or health-related certifications

You may choose to allow E-Catalog users to download the document, or only to display it for reference. Some users will require access to such documents as part of their 'Know Your Seller' (KYS) process.

This information may impact how viewers perceive your company.

This is visible to whoever you share the E-Catalog link with.

However, you may choose to allow full document download, or to only show you have obtained the certification.

  • Once done editing the fields and uploading documents, click 'Save' at the bottom of left of the page.

  • Changes will be visible immediately on your E-Catalog page, which you can access from the Company Profile page by clicking on 'View in E-catalog'

Uploading Documents and Certificates

At the bottom of the Company Profile edit page, this section allows you to add company credentials.

The information uploaded here will show on your E-Catalog page to your users.

The objective of this section is to ensure the E-Catalog viewer that your company is compliant with regulations. For a potential buyer, this may impact your credibility.

We recommend adding:

  • Business registration file

  • Brand authorization letter

  • Quality or Health-related certifications

  • Import or Export related certifications

You may choose to allow E-Catalog users to download the document, or only to display it for reference. Some users will require access to such documents as part of their 'Know Your Seller' (KYS) process.

  1. First, click on 'Upload files'. Using the document explorer, find the document or certification you wish to upload to your Company Profile.

  2. Provide the file uploaded with a 'Display Name'. This is what your users will see as the document title.

  3. Then, categorize the document using the 'File Type' dropdown. This will give context to your user on what this document is about: Awards, Brand Catalogs, Certificates or Others.

  4. You may choose to add a short description to the document.

  5. On the toggle, you may choose to enable or disable download for this file. If the download is disabled, the document will show on the E-Catalog page and indicate download has been disabled.

  6. Once completed, you may choose to Upload a new file or to 'Save' the edited Company Profile.
