Exporting Product Data: Full Export

Here the user will learn about the the options available to download their products data

On the Homepage, click on the Product tab on the navigation panel to the left.

This will give you an overview of the products associated with your account.

Above the Product list is a shortcut 'Select All (X)' to select all your products in one click. Alternatively, the first column of the Product table allows for individual product selection using checkboxes.

Once one or more products have been selected, a floating menu appears with available functions. To visualise the different export options, click on 'Export Products'.

Next, a popup window will show up for you to select your data Export type.

Full Export

A comma-separated value (CSV) file containing all selected products and all account attributes (default, custom, and AI-related if available) will be exported.

It exports all data at the product-level. This file does not contain any information on Variant Groups, or whether products belong to such groups.

Shopee

Shopee is a popular B2C Marketplace available in multiple countries, primarily South East Asia.

This data export maps and transforms available product information under your Trustna account to match the Shopee Basic XLSX import template.

Mandatory headers:

  • Product Name

  • Product Description

  • Price

  • Stock

  • Weight

  • Variation 1 name and value (for variants)


Select 'Full Export' to generate a CSV file containing all your product information for the selected products.

The file will be generated and downloaded directly to your browser.

Shall the file generation take longer than expected, an e-mail notification will be sent to your registered e-mail address to notify the file is ready for export, with a button to download the file. This will direct you to the download page, which requires the user to be logged-in.

The file will be downloaded into your browser's configured download folder.
